Cass gets Goodhue's attention at a fancy soiree, meanwhile Lauren, Goodhue's wife makes a move on Ryan. This includes offering him a 'real man's drink'. Goodhue departs on a 3 day trip, leaving Ryan and Lauren alone. Lauren puts her tongue through Ryan's ear. On a news program UN Secretary-General Sir Robert McKintyre announces a new plan to fight terrorism and his visit to Columbia Heights to deliver a speech. Goodhue gets an unexpected intruder. He is shot several times, and when that fails to kill him, he's plugged with an arrow to the chest. Sean Laughrea arrives.
