Kimberly comes over looking for Martha. Matthew has to get in his disguise in a hurry. Kimberly and a very nervous Martha are hanging out when Bess and Chester arrive home. Matthew quickly changes back into his regular clothes to greet his mom. While Bess gets her purse out of the car, Matthew explains the situation to Chester and asks Chester to keep his mother away. Matthew changes back and forth between himself and Martha again to keep the illusion going. Martha finally gets rid of Kimberly, but is discovered sneaking into the house by Bess. Chester is forced to come clean. Bess is upset and accuses Chester of lying to her and corrupting her son. She breaks off their engagement.
