Billy's answer is rude. Charlie gets up his courage and fires wildly. Chavez quietly leaves. Alex forces Susan to leave. Doc wants Yen to leave, but she won't; she's staying with him. The men throw Alex's possessions out of the second story. Steve notices Chavez is gone and complains that he could never be trusted. The men throw a trunk out. Billy pops out of the trunk and fires, giving Doc and Yen cover to get out the house. As Steve and Charlie exit, Chavez comes down the street with horses. Billy is shot, as is Chavez, Doc & Yen. Charlie takes on a bounty hunter and kills him, but dies in the process. Billy, Doc and Yen manage to get on horseback. Steve is killed helping Chavez to get on horseback. The gang rides off.
