Sanborn, Eldridge and William go out on patrol. The team arrives at a bomb location. William's team meets with Sgt Carter. William puts on a protective suit to inspect the possible bomb. A taxi pulls up on William, William draws his weapon and fires shots. The driver pulls away. William continues his inspection. William finds several bombs and dismantles the explosives as a civilian watches.
