In Moscow, a security guard at the Kremlin snoozes as the moon launch broadcast plays on a TV. Three Russian flies, Nadia, Leonid and Poopchev, are angry and want answers about how the Americans beat the Russians to the moon. Nadia sees Nat saying hello to his grandfather on TV and has a flashback to breaking up with Amos in Paris. Poopchev says they need to stop the Americans. Leonid tells him they have operatives at the Launch Center in Florida, including Yegor. Poopchev plans to change the reentry codes.
