In London, Frank, Sarah, Marvin, and Victoria are on a ferry scoping out an insane asylum. An ex MI-6 agent is inside that it the one regarding ICE. Victoria pretends to think she is the Queen to get inside the asylum. She takes out the nurses. Victoria and Frank dress as doctors then point guns to get past security. They find Bailey in his room writing equations on the walls. Bailey rambles and talks nonstop unaware that 30 years have past. Victoria tases Bailey for Frank to take him.
