Kong delivers a new target to Joe in the case. He burns the man's photo. The next day, Joe and Kong row their boats through a crowded waterway, spying on the target. A woman trying to sell them fruit gets them spotted. The target takes off. Joe gets out of the boat and follow him after jumping into a motorboat. A chase ensues. There's an exchange of gunfire. Joe gets on land and takes a motorcycle, speeding after the target and then jumping onto his boat. Joe cuts the man's hand off with the outboard motor and shoots him.
