The lab is on fire; someone sabotaged it so they can't do tests. They all start arguing about who did it. Kate comes up with a new test. She looks inside a person's mouth: if they have filings in their teeth, they are human. She begins looking in everyone's mouth. When she gets to Adam, he doesn't want to. When he eventually does, he doesn't have any fillings. Halvorson doesn't want to open his mouth either. They separate the men without fillings; there are four of them. Lars and another Norwegian go out to get Sam and Derek, but they've escaped somehow. Halvorson tries to tell Peder that the Americans are the real enemy. They all argue. Windows break around them and they realize Sam and Derek are inside. They try and intercept them and Derek shoots one of them.
