After spending 10 years in prison, Brynner is released, Tim Mason and Dr. Long chat over fishing. Brynner meets up with his team, they arm themselves, and set out on a mission. Mason and Dr. Long are at a diner, Mason works in the kitchen, while Long sits at the counter. Brynner approaches Long and they discuss the past and Brynner reveals his disgust with the U.S. government.
