Tris and Natalie run into a alley and hide from gunfire. A shootout occurs. Will nears Tris. She shouts for him to stop, but she must shoot him. They escape and run past Will's body. Tris stops and needs to be consoled about killing her friend. Tris runs out in front, but is fired upon. The gun is shot out of Tris' hand so Natalie emerges to shoot. They jump into another alley, but Natalie has been shot in the side and dies. Tris cries and yells at her to wake up. She runs into a supply building.
