In the garage, Lance and Ian eye Rex's GTO. Rex is securing a motorcycle to a pull rack, he asks Ian for help to tie a bungee cord. Rex causes the cord to snap and hit Ian in the face. Ian falls, Rex tell Ian that he'll never loan him his car. Rex dances as the sliding garage door closes, leaving Lance and Ian inside. Lance finds a pouch containing the spare key for the GTO in a tire well and encourages Ian to borrow the car. Suddenly the garage door begins to slide back up, Ian and Lance frantically get the pouch back into the well. When Rex comes through the door, they're unintentionally suggestively posed. Rex gets the key pouch and leaves. Ian shows Lance the key he's stolen out of the pouch.
