Roy and Helen contestants on 'You Can't Win', a twisted game show, answer questions about lies they've told each other. Crowley shows an intern Pierce around the 'Hell Vision' control room which is run by Mr. Spike. Mr. Spike explains the operation. Per the rules hammered out with Heaven, if 'candidates' survive Hell Vision shows for 24 hours they are free to go, but if they get killed then their souls go to Satan. Crowley brings up the fact that someone survived once. Mr. Spike is upset to hear Crowley bring up the survivor and sends Crowley out to do field work. Meanwhile, the Knables have won a vacation; the host shoves them through door #1.
