At school a nerdy kid nick named A-Plus runs from bullies while Ace tries to talk to him. A-plus finally outwits the bullies by hiding in a locker. Ace follows A-Plus into the locker and discovers that A Plus has a secret lab. A-Plus analyzes Ace's clues and hacks into a website for Ace and learns that it's owned by a Mr. Pennington; Ace gets a printout on Dr. Sickinger a scientist who works for the Pennington corporation. They go to school with Quenton. Ace gets a gummy worm tracking device from A-Plus.
