Brown arrives on the roof, he points his gun at Billy telling him to let Colin go. It's a standoff. Billy takes Colin into the elevator. They start going down. Colin asks Billy to kill him. The elevator doors open and Barrigan shoots Billy in the head. When Brown comes around the corner, Barrigan shoots him too. He tells Colin he was working for Frank too. Colin shoots Barrigan.
