Ethel drives wildly, barely able to see. Meanwhile, her granddaughter Haley walks home, ignoring a little boy who wants to be her friend. News reporters harass Ethel about her troubles with the IRS while Haley sneaks in the side of the house. Haley gets a cupcake and begins to watch the news, which shows a live report from her grandmother's home. IRS Agents show up to inspect Ethel's home. Ethel won't let them in. Ping, hearing that Ethel's rich, pokes his head out of the basket and is almost shot by a jumpy agent. The IRS threaten to come back with a court order.
