Marcus sits in his car and watches a basketball game. A gun rests on a newspaper. The newspaper headline discusses how Marcus is a former CIA agent who's wanted for robbery. Suddenly, Marcus flashes back to a car chase, a swerving SUV is followed by another car. A chopper follows the action. In the back of the SUV Marcus tries to help an injured man. A sniper fire s a bullet, there's a muzzle flash. A woman slaps a man. A man with his hands up in surrender is shot. The streets of Detroit. Buildings, highway, freeway, old warehouses, ghettos, the shoreline and a suspension bridge. Credits. A helicopter flies over it all. The Ford auto factory. A ship travels down the river.
