Guy shows up, Mia makes him a drink with the poisoned liqour. She brings up that the school is hers, she inherited it before they were married. Guy claims that since he's on the title, he would have to sign a quick claim deed for Mia to solely own the school. Guy has a second drink and says that he'll only divorce her if she signs over the school to him. The poison begins begins to take effect as Guy manhandles Mia. Meanwhile, next door Nicole watches TV with her tenants, hearing crashing from her place, Nicole turns up the volume on the TV. Guy wrestles Mia around the room and finally collapses.
