At night, Ender plays the next stage of the video game with the mouse on his tablet. As Ender watches the game, he sees: an alien transform into his sister; asteroids strike and destroy a castle; the mouse enter the rubble of the castle; the mouse transform into himself, who then fights a rug that transforms into a snake; his brother congratulate him for becoming a killer. Ender drops the tablet in surprise, waking Fly.
