In the present, Julie looks around for Perry. Julie uses her gun to save Nora from a zombie. R approaches Julie and tries to talk to her. He saves her from other zombies by smearing her with blood, making her appear to be a zombie. She returns to the airport with him. R takes her to his spot on a wrecked plane. He adds a snow globe of a couple holding hands to his collection of human things. R tries to tell Julie that she's safe with him, she looks out the window to see more zombies.
