Manhattan, New York. Present Day. A camera records Kevin Hart at a party, dancing with some women. Kevin stands on a table and calls for attention. He addresses the crowd, holding a red Solo cup, welcoming them to his mix and mingle event. A well-dressed man asks Kevin if he's been talking to his father, then tells him to get his shit together. A woman angrily accuses Kevin of no longer sleeping with dark-skinned girls, and shushes him when he tries to respond. Kevin starts to argue with a group of women, but his friend pulls him away. A man in sunglasses tells him "that's the price of fame". A group of men tell Kevin that his career is not that great, and he has one of the men escorted out of the party.
