In an apartment, Martin gets a gun and takes some pills. Gorman assembles a sniper rifle. Martin meets with Jean, tells her about the kidnapping, and asks who the kidnappers are and where the briefcase is. Jean tells him the briefcase is gone. Martin gets shot and dies. Gorman shoots at Will. Will takes Martin's cell phone and gun and runs off. Gorman and his men take Martin's body.
