Kira Hudson lies motionless in a hospital bed. A masked man in a doctor's gown approaches her bed and administers an injection into her arm. As the medication vial bounces on the floor and rolls down the hall, Kira convulses repeatedly. Suddenly, she wakes and bolts from the room, overpowering the doctor. Henry Carver, watching from the door, attempts to stop her, but she escapes.
