In the parking garage, Angela walks to her car alone. She tries to start her car, but it won't start. She gets some Christmas presents out of the trunk and finds she is locked in the garage. Angela enters the security office and a guard dog barks at her. Angela asks Thomas, the security guard, to unlock the door. Thomas offers to jumpstart Angela's car.
