The next morning Haley asks Ethel how did her rehearsal go. Ethel says they'll be ready for the big program next weekend. Haley relaxes, listening to classical music, Ping crawls on her bed. When Haley sees him, she screams and kicks him out. Ethel gives Ping a cat's squeaky toy. Ping imagines he's on a battlefield and tries to make peace with the Siamese cats, giving them the toy.
