Jedburgh, Senator Pine, Moore and Millroy come up with a story to spread in the media about Craven making him look like he snapped and wildly killed people for no reason. Pine, Moore and Millroy have a chuckle over how Craven's sickness is terminal and he can no longer speak. Jedburgh talks about how he think the people of the US deserve better. Jedburgh kills Pine, Moore and Millroy before lowering his gun arm and deliberately allowing a police man to shoot him.
