Ping, a chihuahua runs from some Dobermans. He ends up running through a birthday party at a park, entertaining the kids far more than the clown. The Dobermans cause a kid to plant to his face in the cake and chase the clown into the lake. The Dobermans are caught by a dog catcher. Ping helps them escape by biting the dog catcher on the crotch. Ping is caught by the dog catcher.
