Eleanor flies to Chicago and finds Tom's team celebrating Jack's birthday after they dismantle his campaign headquarters. Claiming to be FBI, Eleanor gets Tom alone, they dance, there's some attraction. Eleanor cannot bring herself to tell Tom about the glitch that caused him to win the election. However, Tom gives her his number.
