Josh drives the woman through the mountain roads while the newborn baby cries. He tries to make the woman breastfeed the baby. She refuses. He takes her home. The woman's elderly mother is there and she invites him in. Gives him food. Then the baby's Serbian father comes in. They ask Josh to take the girl and the baby with him. At night, he drives the girl and the baby away.
