There's a car chase as the men pursue them. Kemp uses Moberg's liquor to breathe fire onto them. The police arrest Kemp and Sala. They wait to be arraigned in a crowded holding cell. During their hearing, they are sentenced to 30 days pending a trial. Sanderson enters and uses his political connections to get them out. Moberg picks them up and takes them home. Kemp is so thirsty he drinks out of a goldfish bowl.
