Romulus is in his cave-like shack in the park watching TV. He thinks the TV is talking to him directly. He gets up the next day and relieves himself in the snow. Then he finds a dead body in a tree. He calls Lulu from a pay phone and tells her about it. The police arrive and it turns out Lulu is a cop. He tells them a man with no face committed the murder, but then he says he saw the murder on his television and they don't think that's credible.
