The bank manager arrives with posters advertising the show. The construction workers are going to dig up the garden where all the bodies are buried, but the entire motel is full of police so Frank screams at them to stop. Roy theorizes that Frank fed the bodies to the cougar. Frank practices singing in front of the mirror again. But Wanda walks into his trailer wearing the earrings and Roy surprises him. Roy confronts Frank with killing Julie and Helen. Wanda and Roy say they want Frank to sell them the motel for $10. He doesn't want to, so they knee him in the groin. When Wanda tells him Helen lied to him about being the father of the baby she miscarried years ago, it is the final straw and Frank signs the motel over to them. Then when Roy adds a final insult, they start fighting. Roy accidentally kills Frank; he and Wanda bury him in the yard. But as they start covering him with dirt, they realize Frank is still alive. So Roy hits Frank with a shovel and they fill in the dirt--but a dog digs him up.
