At a party, Lane introduces Dolezal to rich investors; they show them pictures of the massacred South American rebels they want to buy the arms for. After raising the money they need, Lane and Dolezal go to a stable and talk about horses. Lane tells him that Spencer was a grifter. She also tells him she does these deals to raise money for worthy causes -- she doesn't need the money; she's rich. Lennox is the kind of dangerous guy she's attracted to. When Dolezal wonders why she would be so reckless, she tells him that he's got the same problem: he's drawn into this just as deep as she is.
